If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Prepare daily/monthly transaction journal entries, A/P, and general ledgerPrepare G/L controlPrepare all financial statementsPrepare all worksheets for financial statementsPrepare CPA and HQ annual audit informationPrepare management meeting templatesCash management - retrieve reports, deposit checks, input ACH debit, outgoing wires, and upload A/P informationPrepare daily/monthly bank reconciliationData entry into the loan service systemGenerate billing statements and payoff statementsProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customersOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of studyAt least 5 years of accounting-related work experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooksStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedMust possess problem-solving and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbout Company:Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is an established, well-capitalized direct lender nationwide.
