Locums, Inc. is seeking a Physician for Mobile Occupational Health Testing Services at multiple government facilities in Eastern Florida for short-term assignment. All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. Mobile unit and equipment provided separately.About the Opportunity:- Period of Performance will 9 days over either 3/30/2020 4/10/2020 OR 4/13/2020 4/24/2020 depending on staffing availability- Estimated 30 patients/day- Mobile Unit testing to include:Audiogram Hearing Testing and result uploading to the customer systemHeight, Weight, Blood PressureJob Functional Analysis or Kraus-Weber that includes back strength and flexibilityPulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) to include: Respirator Fit testing, Forced Expiratory Volume in one second (FEV1), and Forced Vital Capacity (FVC)- Daily status reporting to client- Compilation of patient testing results and submission to client upon completion of testingRequirements:- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license- Board Certified or Eligible in Occupational Medicine- Knowledge of DOEHRS-HC Audiogram data reporting (preferred)
