Lead the Flow That Delivers for Our CustomersReporting to the Fulfillment Manager, you’ll orchestrate the end‑to‑end fulfillment stream—from product fabrication and order preparation to collation, packaging, and shipment processing and manifesting. Your command center is the fulfillment workspace, where you shape the daily rhythm, optimize movement, and keep everything organized and on pace.Picture your day: you arrive to a clear production plan, align the team on schedule priorities, and make smart calls to keep orders moving accurately and quickly. You translate data into action, guide process changes, and ensure seamless handoffs across departments so customers receive exactly what they expect—on time.What You’ll OwnBuild and continuously refine a cohesive workflow across the fulfillment floor.Keep the right work moving through the department with precision, efficiency, and speed.Communicate production schedule priorities so the team always knows what’s next.Sequence, facilitate, and expedite production activities to meet customer due dates.Ensure reporting tools are complete, accurate, and reliable.Oversee how operational metrics are gathered, validate their accuracy, and set the right reporting cadence.Collect and analyze performance data daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to measure workflow health and process improvement.Drive continuous improvement, including the development of workflow systems.Recommend and help build future automated order‑picking solutions.Research and benchmark shipping platforms and small‑parcel carriers to reduce freight expense for GSP and our customers.Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.Promote strong, necessary collaboration between Fulfillment and other departments.Refine, communicate, and uphold department policies and procedures.Establish and monitor all training activities for new hires and existing team members.Workspace LeadershipYou’ll organize the fulfillment area for clarity and safety, manage daily workflow, and anticipate bottlenecks before they appear—ensuring every order moves from fabrication to shipment without friction.
