We are a non-profit charter holder for two charter high schools in the Tucson area.The Site Administrator/Teacher is a hybrid role that combines direct classroom instruction with administrative leadership responsibilities. In the administrative capacity, you will assist with daily operations, coordinate student services, support staff development, and contribute to a positive school culture. In the teaching role, you will plan and deliver standards-based instruction and assess student progress.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?You will promote academic excellence and student well-being by serving as both a classroom teacher and an instructional leader under the direct supervision of the Superintendent. You will support school-wide improvement efforts, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and ensure effective teaching and learning practices. You will support the implementation of district policies, instructional initiatives, and student support systems.The role requires strong organizational, instructional, and leadership skills.
