Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) OpeningsSchool-Based Positions – 2026–2027 School YearWe have multiple school-based Speech-Language Pathologist openings available, including two short-term maternity leave coverage assignments and several ongoing caseload-sharing positions. This coverage could carry over after the SLP returns from leave to provide compensatory therapy for any time missed.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing evaluations as needed for assigned caseloadDevelop, implement, and progress-monitor IEP goals and objectives for students with communication disordersProvide direct individual and/or group therapy services in accordance with each student's IEPCollaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service providersParticipate in IEP meetings, eligibility staffings, and re-evaluation reviewsMaintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and ASHA standardsSupervise and mentor Clinical Fellow SLPs and/or SLP Assistants as assignedQualificationsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive or eligible Florida SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or active Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) under supervisionPrior experience in a school-based setting preferred but not requiredStrong collaboration, communication, and time-management skillsBenefits401(k) retirement plan with employer matchComprehensive health insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to complete our online application form to be considered for current and future school-based opportunities with Collaborative Therapies.
