It's a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.What You'll DoLead a team of Alliance Managers / Proposal Managers functionResponsible for Just-Evotec Biologics portfolio of customer projects, driving consistent execution via robust and scalable processes.Proactively develop mechanism for systematic collection of customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfactionResponsible for implementing project execution process improvement, drive best practices for timeline estimates, project budgets and financial forecasts to support team with the help of PM functionContinually improve project execution forecasts, models, and decision-making toolsAdvise management on capacity for new work and potential resource bottlenecksProvide analysis and visualization of portfolio scenarios to enable decision makingAssist Finance team with forecasting and revenue projectionsImprove business procedures and workflow for ensure compliance with policiesRecruit and develop staff to meet the needs of a growing companyWho You AreBachelor's degree in life-science, business, or related fieldMS in life sciences field preferred, MBA preferredPrior experience in managing customer-facing teams in CDMO, CRO or Biopharma companiesMinimum 15 years of relevant life-science services operations and project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teamsStrong analytical capabilities with knowledge of a variety of tools and systemsExceptional written and oral communication skillsOrganized, detail oriented, and ability to work with confidential informationExperience working effectively in a fast-paced multifunction, matrixed environmentFamiliar with working in an international environment a benefitExperience within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferredProcess Development / CMC experience a plusWhy Join UsGrowth Opportunities: We're a company that believes in continuous learning and development.
