Project Manager

We are supporting a confidential higher education client seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized IT and application implementation projects.This role is ideal for someone who can manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution, reporting, stakeholder communication, change management, and risk mitigation.Key responsibilities include:Managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcesFacilitating meetings with business and IT stakeholdersMaintaining project documentation, including charters, project plans, RAID logs, and go/no-go materialsTracking risks, issues, tasks, and project performanceProviding clear status reporting and dashboard updatesWorking closely with senior project leadership and department teamsIdeal background:5+ years of project management experienceExperience with IT, application development, or system implementation projectsBachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAgile and/or waterfall project methodology experienceHigher education experience is a plusPMP or PMI certification is preferredLocation :3 days in office per week in St. CharlesThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working across teams, bringing structure to complex work, and helping technology initiatives move forward successfully.Interested or know someone who may be a fit?
