Hybrid System Administrator Windows/Linux, VMware

Sourceability is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to join the IT team in our Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on day‐to‐day infrastructure operations, production stability, virtualization, and server administration across Windows and Linux environments. You will own operational tasks, perform proactive troubleshooting, and collaborate with DBA, DevOps, Engineering, and Support teams to maintain uptime and reliability.
