Key responsibilities include overseeing project surveying services, mentoring and motivating teams, and maintaining strong client and internal relationships. The RPLS Project Manager is responsible for proposal preparation and external client communication while coordinating staffing needs for projects of various scales.This role supervises boundary analysis, directs field operations, ensures quality control of project deliverables, and tracks project budgets, labor, and resources.
