Job Description Pay:$22/hour Shift:3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Bonus:Up to $3,000 Subco Bonus Program $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance $1,000 after 60 days $1,000 after 90 days Eligibility for the 60- and 90-day bonuses requires receipt of the 14-day bonus.Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to assemble, test, and inspect ultra-miniature components and finished products. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.Responsibilities Assemble small components using hand tools and production equipment Perform precision assembly processes; training provided Inspect products for defects and make necessary adjustments Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Report production or quality issues to supervisionQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0–2+ years of assembly, chip/wire, or soldering experience preferred Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Comfortable using tweezers and small hand tools Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionallyTraining provided as needed. \nCompany DescriptionSelect Source International (SSI) is a distinguished workforce solutions provider with nearly 25 years of experience delivering top-tier staffing, recruiting, and managed services.
