We are committed to excellence and continuously strive to enhance our services through data-driven insights.Job Description: We are seeking a detail orientated and analytical Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping, organizing and analyzing data to support various projects within the private road/gated communities’ sector. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that data is accurately represented and utilized effectively for decision making processes. You will be responsible for locating all private communities and geo-fencing the accurate boundaries. This data will be used and delivered to our team of Community Managers to approach and get agreements in place to serve.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain data mapping documentationCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectivesAnalyze and transform raw data into structured mapping formats for reporting and analysisIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistenciesAssist in the integration of new data sources and systems into existing frameworksCreate visual representations of data flows and relationships to aid in understanding and communicationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, computer science or a related fieldProven experience in data mapping, data analysis, or a similar role preferably in the telecommunications industryProficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills
