The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents/patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety during their shifts.Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eatingTake and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipmentObserve and report changes in residents' physical or mental conditions to nursing staffHelp maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentProvide companionship and emotional support to residentsAccurately document care provided and maintain patient confidentialityFollow all facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety guidelinesQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.CPR/BLS certification.Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To Apply:
