SEO ManagerNew York, New York, United States; San Francisco, California, United StatesThe OpportunityPostman is looking for an SEO Manager to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact through organic search and answer engine optimization.This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is focused on turning search intent into business outcomes connecting organic discovery to both product-led and sales-led growth motions. You'll own how Postman gets found across traditional search and emerging AI-powered answer engines, ensuring organic presence translates into qualified traffic, product signups, and enterprise pipeline.We're looking for someone who thinks in terms of revenue, not rankings and knows how to turn search visibility into a measurable growth lever across the full funnel.What You'll DoSEO/AEO Strategy & Revenue-Focused ExecutionDevelop and execute an SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy aligned to PLG and SLG revenue goals.Prioritize keyword and topic coverage based on buyer intent, pipeline potential, and product activation signals not just search volume.Ensure organic search strategy is tightly connected to global GTM priorities and campaign themes.Stay ahead of the evolving search landscape, including AI-generated answers, LLM-based discovery, and zero-click search behavior.Integrated Campaign & Content OrchestrationCollaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to execute multi-channel programs that amplify organic reach, including:SEO-driven content and landing pagesTechnical documentation and developer-focused search assetsAEO-optimized content structured for AI answer surfacesAlways-on content programs tied to product and campaign prioritiesEnsure organic content supports the full funnel from first discovery to deal acceleration.PLG & SLG Pipeline ContributionOwn the connection between organic traffic and revenue outcomes:Map high-intent search journeys to product signup and activation flowsIdentify and close gaps between organic acquisition and enterprise pipeline contributionSurface organic engagement signals to sales and SDR teams for account prioritizationAct as a strategic partner to both growth and sales not just a traffic driver.Technical SEO & Site HealthOwn technical SEO execution across Postman's web properties, including:Site architecture, crawlability, and indexationCore Web Vitals and page experience optimizationStructured data and schema markup for enhanced and AI-driven search surfacesPartner with engineering and web teams to prioritize and ship technical improvements that protect and grow organic performance.Audience & Market IntelligenceDeeply understand Postman's key audiences developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers and how each searches for solutions.Provide ongoing insight to global teams on search trends, evolving SERP behavior, AI answer surface dynamics, and competitive positioning.Ensure Postman's organic presence resonates across the full buyer spectrum, from individual developers to enterprise decision-makers.Performance & Revenue AccountabilityOwn KPIs tied to organic pipeline contribution, PLG signups, and SLG-influenced revenue not just sessions or rankings.Track and report on the full organic funnel: discovery ? engagement ? conversion ? revenue impact.Partner with Marketing Analytics to model organic attribution and continuously improve measurement.Maintain clear visibility into how SEO/AEO contributes to Postman's revenue goals.About YouExperience610+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content marketing in B2B SaaS.Proven track record of connecting organic search to pipeline and revenue not just traffic metrics.Experience with both PLG and SLG go-to-market models.Familiarity with AEO, AI search surfaces, and the evolving role of LLMs in buyer discovery.Strong background in technical SEO and working cross-functionally with engineering and content teams.Skills & ApproachThinks in terms of pipeline, accounts, and revenue not just rankings or sessions.Deep understanding of search intent mapping across the full B2B funnel.Comfortable operating across strategy and hands-on execution.Data-driven, with a clear view of what drives performance and how to measure it accurately.Able to simplify complexity, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute with focus.What Success Looks LikeConsistent growth in organic-sourced and organic-influenced pipeline across PLG and SLG motions.Strong connection between search strategy and revenue outcomes, with clear attribution.High-performing content and technical programs that drive qualified discovery, activation, and deal engagement.Postman showing up prominently across traditional search and AI-powered answer surfaces for high-intent queries.Scalable, repeatable SEO/AEO plays that compound over time and support global GTM priorities.The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $161,500 - $180,000, plus a competitive equity package. We are in office 5 days a week for all roles based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, Tokyo and London. For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year.
