We are now looking to bring on a high-level business development professional focused on acquiring and scaling large-volume accounts.This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to build and grow a book of business within a company positioned for expansion, with compensation directly tied to performance and long-term growth.What You’ll Do:Identify, pursue, and close high-volume shipping accountsBuild and manage a portfolio of long-term clientsLeverage existing relationships within the auto transport or logistics industryWork directly with leadership to structure and scale dealsCollaborate with operations to ensure successful execution and retentionWhat We’re Looking For:Proven track record of generating new business in auto transport, freight brokerage, or logisticsExperience managing or closing high-volume accountsStrong network within the industry (preferred)Self-driven and capable of operating independentlyEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growthCompensation & Opportunity:Uncapped commission structure based on gross profitOngoing earnings on accounts you buildProfit-sharing component tied to company performance90-day ramp support availableDirect access to leadership and decision-makingWhy This Role:We have built the operational infrastructure and are positioned for growth.
