The company thrives on passionate professionals who can contribute to its mission of transforming education.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an STEM Innovation Engineer located in Delhi-NCR,Patna,Surat etc. The Innovation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative education solutions, including Robotics and IoT systems. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver educational programs, mentoring students and educators, and maintaining and troubleshooting lab setups. The Innovation Engineer will also provide training, ensure compliance with project goals, and enhance the curriculum through cutting-edge technologies.QualificationsProficiency in Robotics, IoT, and AI technologies, including troubleshooting and implementationExperience in STEM/STEAM education and curriculum developmentStrong expertise in coding, programming languages, and problem-solvingEffective communication and ability to train and mentor both students and educatorsPassion for education technology and fostering innovation in a school environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldPrior experience in managing STEM/STEAM labs or related educational programs is a plus
