Job Title: Automotive IT Program Manager Location: Torrance California (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experiencedAutomotive IT Program Managerto lead large-scale IT programs within the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in drivingprogram delivery, modernization initiatives, vendor management, and budget optimization . This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver strategic outcomes that support business growth and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT programs within the automotive sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drivemodernization and digital transformation initiatives , including migration, system upgrades, and integration of emerging technologies. Overseebudget planning, forecasting, and financial management , ensuring cost optimization and ROI. Manage relationships with third-partyvendors and partners , ensuring performance, compliance, and contract adherence. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define program scope, roadmap, and priorities. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality program delivery. Provide regular program updates to executives and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Promote best practices inprogram governance, change management, and process improvement . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 15+ years of IT program management experience, with at least 3+ years in theautomotive industry . Strong expertise inprogram delivery, IT modernization, and digital transformation . Proven ability to managebudgets, financials, and vendor partnershipseffectively. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or other program management methodologies. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
