This is an exciting opportunity to shape our engineering strategy while staying deeply involved in coding and engineering solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead customer implementation of end-to-end testing pipeline, ensuring high-quality software deliveryBuild and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks and suitesWork directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met through efficient solutionsDrive customer success, implementation, and revenue expansionWrite, review, and debug code in JavaScript and TypeScript to support development and QA automationCollaborate closely with the Co-Founder, engineering, sales, and cross-functional teamsSupport and mentor Forward Deployed Engineering team members on technical and professional skillsDrive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metDrive Proof of Value and Proof of Concept technical deliverablesQUALIFICATIONS8+ years of software engineering experience4+ years of engineering management experienceStrong coding skills in JavaScript and TypeScriptProven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate feedback into actionable solutionsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to define and track success criteria3+ years of experience in CI/CD test automation including unit, integration, API, and E2E testingFamiliar with agentic SDLC solutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with end-to-end test automation frameworks and building test suites using PlaywrightHands-on experience in SDLC quality processes, with a focus on automation (QA automation engineering background is a significant advantage)Experience working at an AI-first startupWHAT WE OFFERA strategic role in shaping the growth trajectory of a cutting-edge AI startupCompetitive salary ($170,000 - $225,000) + equityCatered lunch 4 days per week in SF office
