Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Vero Beach, FL. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, manage laundry services, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas. This role requires maintaining high standards of hygiene, managing schedules effectively, handling customer service concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The supervisor will also train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery.QualificationsProven Supervisory Skills, with experience in managing and leading teamsProficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations and practicesStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standardsExperience with scheduling and staff trainingProblem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or cleaning services are a plusExperience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
