You will be responsible for regional operational performance, growth initiatives, team leadership, client relationships, and overall execution.This role combines executive-level strategy with hands-on operational leadership and requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will have the opportunity to build infrastructure, develop high-performing leaders, influence company growth, and create scalable operational excellence across Texas markets.This position requires regular travel throughout Texas and candidates must reside in Texas. Primary regions of travel and operational oversight include Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Lubbock.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead Regional PerformanceOwn regional operational performance, including revenue growth, labor management, gross margin, and operational efficiencyEstablish and drive accountability through KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and structured operating rhythmsEnsure consistent execution and performance standards across all marketsMonitor regional trends and proactively implement performance improvement initiativesDevelop & Lead Clinical Team ManagersDirectly coach, mentor, and develop Clinical Team ManagersBuild a culture of ownership, accountability, and data-driven decision makingConduct regular one-on-one meetings, business reviews, and performance evaluationsSupport leadership development and succession planning across the regionDrive Operational ExcellenceImplement scalable operational best practices across multiple marketsIdentify and remove barriers impacting scheduling, staffing, logistics, productivity, and patient experienceImprove operational workflows and cross-functional coordinationEnsure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and service standardsAccelerate Growth & ExpansionExecute regional growth strategies focused on provider productivity, visit volume, and market penetrationSupport successful launches, ramp-ups, and integration of new Texas marketsPartner with internal teams to improve operational execution and business development initiativesDrive operational readiness during periods of rapid expansionStrengthen Strategic PartnershipsServe as an executive liaison for key client relationships, including PACE programs and facility partnersResolve escalations and operational concerns in partnership with cross-functional leadershipMaintain strong client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growthEnsure operational alignment that supports exceptional service deliveryStay Connected to the FieldMaintain a strong presence within regional markets through regular travel and site visitsObserve field operations and provide real-time coaching and supportReinforce operational standards, leadership expectations, and company cultureConduct routine operational reviews and team check-ins across marketsQualificationsRequired Experience12+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare or service operations leadership7+ years of people management experienceProven success managing regional or multi-market operations with $5M+ P&L responsibilityStrong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and operational analysisDemonstrated success scaling operations in a high-growth or rapid-expansion environmentAbility to lead through influence, accountability, and performance managementStrong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and leadership presence across all organizational levelsPreferred QualificationsMobile healthcare operations experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree preferred; significant applicable leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degreeMBA or Master's in Healthcare Administration is a plusLocation & Travel RequirementsMust reside in TexasPrimary travel regions include Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and LubbockAbility and willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned Texas marketsTravel expected at least monthly and may increase based on business needsBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsEnable Dental recognizes and rewards strong leadership.
