Colorado Extreme Hockey Apprenticeship Program
Colorado Extreme Hockey Apprenticeship
April 1, 2026 – April 1, 2027
Aspen & Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado
Have you ever envisioned learning from elite hockey coaches and operators, not for a weekend or a clinic, but through a full season immersed inside a high-performance hockey organization?
Colorado Extreme is proud to introduce a highly selective, year-long Hockey Apprenticeship designed for driven individuals seeking to build a meaningful, long-term career in hockey.
This is not a clinic.
This is not a traditional internship.
This is a full-immersion, responsibility-driven development experience.
Who This Program Is For
This Apprenticeship is designed for motivated former players and aspiring hockey professionals who are serious about discovering their place in the hockey industry and are willing to invest fully in their development.
We are seeking individuals who are curious, disciplined, and resilient, people who want more than short-term experience and are committed to building something lasting in the game.
This program is demanding by design and best suited for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Who We Are
Colorado Extreme is a mission-driven youth hockey organization built around development, character, and community, on and off the ice.
Serving players from 6U through 14U, we provide a clear and intentional development pathway that prioritizes long-term growth over short-term results. Everything we do is rooted in teaching the game the right way and developing people, not just players.
