Program Coordinator - Supply Chain

The Program Coordinator – Dispatch & Logistics Services role is an integral part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and is vital to the success of a program and/or project. This role encompasses the skills, knowledge, and responsibilities of an Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Representative, with a continued emphasis on customer service, quality, and service delivery. The Program Coordinator is responsible for closely monitoring and coordinating various aspects of a program and/or project. This includes coordinating activities and stakeholders across multiple teams or departments to ensure activities are carried out as planned and objectives are achieved on time. This role supports the day-to-day operation of customer programs and does not have direct reports. Duties and Responsibilities Interface with third-party freight providers utilized for project and program services. Understand and perform Order Fulfillment and Customer Service responsibilities related to supported projects and programs. Process transactional activities within internal company systems and customer applications. Monitor customer communications, provide timely status updates, and manage escalations as required. Create reports and analytics related to program activity for internal and customer reporting. Complete monthly customer billing in accordance with company guidelines and approved timelines (by the 4th business day of the month). Collaborate with the PMO to identify strategic vendors that enhance the organization's service capabilities. Proactively work with customers and Project Managers to identify opportunities for repair, testing, refurbishment, and asset retirement (resale or disposal). Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure both internal and vendor performance. Identify and effectively communicate opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the organization and customer environments. Provide regular updates to the Program Manager or Functional Manager to ensure activities are executed according to customer agreements and project requirements. Prepare and maintain records of daily project and program activities. Participate in weekly and monthly activity meetings with customers and internal teams as requested by the Program Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations. Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations and customer issues effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proven customer-facing experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Understanding of terminology related to voice and data communications, supply chain operations, and reverse logistics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently while managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
