If you feel like you embody our values, keep reading to find out more about how you could make an impact as a part of our team.About the Role:Brand Ambassadors spread brand awareness and increase retail sales through client visits, promotional activities, field marketing efforts, and customer engagement. We're looking for someone committed to proactively growing our brand and product reach by establishing new relationships and developing current relationships with dispensaries and customers. The position will be part-time (30 hours/week), mostly weekends and some evenings. The ideal candidate will be located in Albany or the surrounding area.In this role you will:Promote Grön products through community outreach at dispensaries or industry eventsTransport, set up, break down and maintain trade materials and table displaysEducate customers, retailers, and distributors about Grön's productsMaintain an organized calendar of in-store events through Microsoft OutlookPrompt responses to invites for in-store events and any emails that you receive from retailers or Grön sales and marketing teamsClear and concise communication with Account Managers concerning in-store events, budtender educational sessions via email, text messages, phone calls, etc.Engage with budtenders and customers to collect feedback on productsWork closely with sales and marketing staff to execute marketing campaigns and strategiesTake photos and notes from each in-store event on customer preferences, metrics, and performance of promo deals and upload them for our marketing teamCommunicate any opportunities for in-store displays or merchandising to marketing and sales teamsCreate an exciting representation of the brand and show off all the best that Grön has to offerYou'll be a great fit if you have the following:You have been in a brand ambassador position in the past and understand what it means to represent a brandYou have customer service or sales experience and feel comfortable speaking with people 1:1You have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License; this role will be 100% travel based to and from dispensaries and trade showsYou can lift 25+ pounds to maneuver, set up, and break down displaysYou are comfortable working in Microsoft Office SuiteYou pride yourself in your ability to communicate clearly with people from every background and seniorityYou are excited talk to new people and talk about a product you believe inYou like the fast-paced nature of trade shows or events within dispensaries and other promotional venuesYou are comfortable with long periods of prolonged sitting and standingYou demonstrate integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environmentYou strive for the highest standards in every aspect of your roleYou can adapt to and drive change with enthusiasmInterview Process:At Grön, we go through the same interview steps for all Brand Ambassador candidates to ensure equity in our hiring process.
