Youth Soccer CoachWe are hiring Youth Soccer Coaches! No coaching experience is required, soccer playing experience is a bonus! We book the schedule according to your preferences as well as proximity to your home location.What We Offer:Flexible hours and session locations according to your preferencesTraining pay is $20 per session lasting about two weeks.After two weeks, a base pay raise to $25 per session with direct pay raise levels up to $38 per hour.Refer-a-friend as a coach - we will provide a cash bonus.Who You Are:Passionate about positively impacting students' lives and giving back to the Long Island communityEnergetic, engaging, and responsibleSafety consciousThe Job:Lead 30–50 minute high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8Working locations in preschools, daycares, parks, indoor facilities, community centers, and elementary schoolsCreate a safe, inclusive, and fun environmentTeach soccer skills and character development using our curriculumArrive 15 minutes early for setup, ready and prepared to coachCommunicate positively with families, teachers, and staffFollow all on-site safety and attendance protocolsBring enthusiasm, creativity, and the unique Soccer Shots energyRequirements:No soccer coach experience required. Soccer playing experience on any level is a bonus!Ability to coach indoors/outdoors, move actively, and manage class energyCoaches may work 5–25 sessions/week, depending on availability.Available Hours: You choose your schedule.Weekday Mornings: 8:30AM –11:30 AMMidday (site dependent): 11:30 AM–2:30 PMWeekday Afternoons: 2:30 PM–5:30 PMWeekends: Mornings, 8:30AM - 2PMWho We Are:Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact children's lives in a positive way. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session.
