By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Lead and manage the quality control team, including hiring, training, and performance management.Oversee product inspection and testing processes to ensure products meet specified quality standards.Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective and preventive actions.Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.Manage the calibration and maintenance program for all quality control equipment.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Bonus QualificationsAdditional certifications or trainingJob Titles That Should ApplyQuality Manager, QA Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Head of Quality, Quality Director, Senior Quality Manager, Quality Systems Manager, Quality Control Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Compliance ManagerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
