You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldLicensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)Experience In Mental Health Or Substance Use Treatment PreferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsPassion For Helping Others Through Evidence-based TreatmentJoin Our MissionIf you're a clinician looking for a fulfilling role where you can truly make a difference, this is the opportunity for you.
