The organization provides essential technology solutions and support that empower educational institutions and government organizations in the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Cyber Risk & Compliance Analyst, primarily based in Fairfield Township, OH, with some hybrid work-from-home. The Risk and Compliance Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting our members with CSF 2.0 implementations, tracking compliance with relevant regulations, analyzing and managing cyber risks, performing audits, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The analyst will support the organization and its client base in maintaining a secure and compliant technology environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Cybersecurity compliance, policy development, or related roles.Demonstrated experience with NIST CSF and NIST 800-53 frameworks.Strong policy writing, documentation, and presentation skills.Excellent people skills; ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites as needed. Must pass a criminal background check.
