This position also provides support in planning of short-term crew staffing needs. This position also plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence while providing customer service to all crew members. This position supports forecasting crew productivity, reserve demand, and overall staffing requirements to ensure that the airline is appropriately staffed, and the operation is supported.Here's what you'll doFacilitate the construction of crew member's monthly schedulesCreate efficient crew pairingsCommunicate between all stakeholders to verify information for monthly scheduleOwn the vacation bid processFrequently communicate with crew members as a group and individuallyTrack and trend frequently asked questions and develop reference material to distributeAnalyze crew data regarding reserve utilization and productivityHere's what you need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications2-year degree in a quantitative field (business administration, economics, statistics, etc.) or relevant experience2 years of airline experienceProficient in Excel and other Microsoft productsPreferred QualificationsCrew planning or crew scheduling experienceKnowledge of the NavBlue crew scheduling software, or similar softwareKnowledge of pilot and flight attendant contractual provisions for scheduling, bidding, training and payExperience with S3 and N-PBSUnderstanding of FAA regulations in regards to crew member schedulingKnowledge of productivity drivers and analysisSkills/TalentsOperates with the highest integrity, tackles problems with ingenuity, constantly pursues excellence, and exercises kindness in all interactionsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsWork with individuals and teams at all levels in the organizationPractices extreme ownership and transparencyProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and missionExcellent problem-solving skillsPerks of the JobHealth, Vision and Dental - Full TimeHealth Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match401K with Breeze Employee MatchGenerous PTOTravel on Breeze and other Airlines too!
