Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and a growth-oriented environment for both clients and staff.Job DescriptionAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Bright Impact Behavioral Practices, you will play an essential role in providing individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with clients across home, school, clinic, and community settings, implementing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
