Responsible for "touch labor" support, configuration management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain Microsoft Intune accounts and troubleshoot system baseline applications.Perform network registration of client equipment and coordinate image changes with the NEC.Provide 2-hour priority support for classrooms and Senior Leadership (O-6/GS-15 and above).Execute commercial hardware repairs and maintain technical continuity documentation.QualificationsU.S. Citizenship is required.Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's with 3 years of related experience).Minimum 2 years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 11/M365).IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) and Computing Environment (CE) training.J-18808-Ljbffr
