Instagram: @jilli_sf THE ROLE: Server / Bartender / Host (All-in-One) We’re looking for a FULL TIME dynamic, experienced service pro who can wear all the hats—bartend, serve, host—and do it with personality, confidence, and charm. You’ll be on the front lines of creating a standout guest experience and helping build the culture of the space. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Own the floor—bartending, serving, and hosting as needed Deliver warm, high-energy service with style Educate guests on our Korean small plates + makgeolli program Support teammates and help shape the vibe WHO YOU ARE: Experienced with front-of-house roles, including bartending Comfortable using Resy (or quick to learn) Naturally social, adaptable, and fun to be around Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments Passionate about food, drinks, and making people feel good.
