Full Stack Engineer

Location: Irving, TXOnsiteThis role is not open for subcontracting. Open to W2 /Individual C2C or 1099 candidates only. We are willing to transfer H1B's and take care of their immigration, including GC sponsorships. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in Python or Java, experience building modern frontend applications with React, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software. Experience with Elasticsearch is highly desirable, while knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and vector embeddings is considered a strong bonus.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Build robust backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java (Spring Boot).Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python or Java. Experience with backend frameworks such as:
