This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team working on cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead rack builds and in-rack deployment activities based on design documentationInterpret rack layouts, elevation diagrams, and cabling schematicsPerform and validate rack & stack activities for servers, storage, and network equipmentExecute and verify structured cabling (fiber and copper), including basic testing/validationInstall and validate power connections (single/dual feed, PDUs, load considerations)Implement and optimize cooling solutions:Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of experience in datacenter or network infrastructure environmentsProven experience in data center installations or similar hands-on technical roleStrong understanding of rack infrastructure, server, storage, and network hardwareProficiency in structured cabling (fiber and copper) and cable management best practicesExperience with power distribution within racks (PDUs, dual feeds, redundancy concepts)Working knowledge of cooling methodologies:DX airflow management within racksDirect-to-chip (D2C) liquid cooling systems (installation, connection handling, and basic validation) Experience with system deployment activities:What you didn’t know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsShort/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness ProtectionLife Insurance and Retirement PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
