Outpatient Pediatrics - 30 Minutes From Boston, MA Hospital employed group is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their growing practice Base salary: $200,000 - $230,000 commensurate with experience plus RVU Outpatient call only averaging 1-2 times per month. Group has acute clinic on evenings and weekends covering call on a volunteer basis for additional compensation Average patient volume - 16 per 8-hour day EMR: AthenaOne Group currently employs 105 clinicians and 44 residents Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous PTO including 4 weeks' vacation, 5 personal days, 5 days of CME time with $2,000 allowance, holiday, and sick time, $5,000- $10,000 for both sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, both federal and state loan repayment programs, and more!
