INVENTORY ASSOCIATEJOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-ExemptJOB OVERVIEW:MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Inventory associate ensures that all products are accounted for, either on the shelves or picked up. This position reports to the Removal Team Lead.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily scan of all purchased products still on shelves, in order of auction close dateEnsure the product is situated on the correct shelvesEnsure all items are either in the warehouse properly or scanned as picked up by the customerReview the missing product list to search for missing itemsEscalate missing product to the general manager if not foundOrganize/neaten product for easy retrieval (bar codes on outside, product stacked safely)Be proficient with the inventory check interface dashboardKnow how auction items are categorized on the shelves, including auction and lot numbersMay help with removal if workload dictatesOther tasks as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS: Availability to work on-site.
