This role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site operations and oversee construction activitiesCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesMonitor project progress and report on status to stakeholdersConduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety standardsResolve any issues that may arise during the construction processMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industryStrong understanding of commercial construction processes and regulationsFamiliarity with construction management software such as ProcoreOSHA 30 certification is requiredExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
