The Program Manager, Lab Operations, will support the coordination and execution of key initiatives across the lab network. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across departments, maintaining visibility into program progress, and supporting operational consistency through reporting, communication, and process tracking. This is a highly collaborative position that operates behind the scenes to connect stakeholders, track progress, and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-functional efforts related to Lab Operations initiativesServe as a central point of contact for updates, status tracking, and communication across departmentsMaintain and update program documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboardsSupport leadership with regular updates on progress, risks, and key milestonesIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in execution and proactively escalate or address themPartner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverablesAssist in developing and standardizing processes to support program scalabilityPrepare materials for leadership reviews, meetings, and program updatesSupport change management efforts by ensuring clear communication and documentation of updatesQualifications and Preferred Traits:3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, project support, or similar rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountabilityComfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, dashboards, etc.)Ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutionsExperience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations is a plusHighly collaborative and able to influence without direct authorityComfortable operating in ambiguity and helping bring structure to evolving programsStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on executionAbility to balance big-picture program goals with day-to-day operational detailsWhat success looks like:Clear, consistent visibility into program progress across all stakeholdersImproved coordination and communication between departmentsTimely and accurate reporting that supports leadership decision-makingSmooth execution of program updates with minimal gaps or confusionScalable processes and documentation that support future growthTravel Percentage:Up to 25%Annual Pay Range: $100-125kA generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with matchIf you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here: https://careers.aspendental.com/us/en/tag-privacy-policy-for-california-employees
