About LIMORLIMOR is a TikTok LIVE creator network focused on helping creators grow, network, monetize, and take LIVE streaming seriously.We help creators:• Understand TikTok LIVE features• Connect with other creators for battles/networking• Protect their accounts from bans or restrictions• Grow their audience and earnings over timeWe are built around community, consistency, and real support — not just sign-ups.We are growing quickly and looking for outgoing, social, high-energy people who are naturally good at talking to others online.This position is currently only open to applicants located in TEXAS.About The RoleThis role focuses on real-time engagement and relationship building inside TikTok LIVE streams.During shifts, you will actively engage with creators in LIVE chats, start conversations naturally, build relationships, and introduce creators to our network/community.This is NOT cold calling and it is NOT traditional sales.Everything we offer creators is completely free. Success in this role comes from personality, confidence, consistency, and being able to connect with people naturally.What You’ll Be Doing• Join TikTok LIVE streams throughout your shift• Start natural conversations with creators in chat• Compliment, engage, and build trust with creators• Move conversations into direct messages• Introduce creators to our network and support system• Follow up with creators consistently• Track outreach and follow-ups in our system• Stay active and engaged during scheduled work hours• Help creators feel comfortable, supported, and excited about LIVE streamingWhat We’re Looking ForWe are specifically looking for people who are naturally outgoing and social online.The people who usually do best in this role are:• Very talkative and engaging• Comfortable hyping people up and complimenting others• Good at making online friends quickly• Comfortable starting conversations first• High energy and confident• Active on TikTok/social media• Able to keep conversations flowing naturally• Self-motivated and consistentYou do NOT need a large following or prior experience.What matters most is your personality, communication skills, consistency, and ability to make people feel comfortable.Why Having an Active TikTok Account MattersCreators almost always check your profile before replying or continuing a conversation.Because of that, having a real and active TikTok account is extremely important for success in this role.Your account should:• Have real posts/videos• Feel authentic and active• Show personality• Look like someone creators would genuinely want to interact withYou do not need a large following, but having a real presence will directly impact your success and earnings in this role.Compensation• $10/hour base pay• Weekly performance bonuses• Bonus per creator you successfully bring in• No cap on bonuses• Weekly payMost recruiters increase their overall earnings quickly once they become comfortable with outreach and relationship building. High performers are heavily rewarded through the bonus structure.Schedule• Full-time preferred (40 hours weekly)• Flexible scheduling• Remote position• Must remain active and engaged during shiftsWe are especially looking for candidates with open weekend availability or schedules that cover Thursday–Monday since those tend to be our busiest/highest activity days.Even a few consistent hours on weekends helps a lot — shifts do not always need to be strict 8 hour blocks.
