Right of Way Project Coordinator
The Right of Way Project Coordinator will support real estate activities including acquisition coordination, document preparation, and stakeholder communication for utility, transportation, and infrastructure projects. As a Right of Way Project Coordinator, you will interface with the project team and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.Essential FunctionsProvide real estate support for acquisitions and other real estate activitiesCoordinate with Right of Way Specialists and Admins to ensure timely document preparation and trackingAssist in negotiating acquisitions/divestitures under supervisionPrepare and review Deeds, Easements, Options, and AgreementsSupport property settlements and maintain accurate recordsAttend project meetings and assist in preparing updates and minutesAssist in preparing Comparable Market Analysis reports and just compensation lettersAssist in reviewing title commitments and research county land recordsMaintain project databases and shared drives for lease/license agreementsSupport activities directed by Project ManagerSupport permit applications and coordination with local agenciesRequired Skills And Experience1+ years of experience in real estate or right-of-way coordinationAssociate’s degree or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to interpret and organize information from multiple sourcesStrong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with land acquisition processes and documentationAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholdersNotary or ability to obtain one as requiredPreferred Skills And ExperienceExperience in land acquisition or real estate supportExperience supporting Department of Transportation, Utility, and infrastructure projectsExposure to the Uniform Relocation and Real Property ActIRWA coursework or certifications desirableOther DutiesThis job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA).
