As a member of the surgical team, the RN works closely with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ORT staff, and other personnel to provide patient care according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, regulatory standards, physician orders, policies, and procedures of the Hospital and the Surgical Department.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the availability of supplies and timeliness of cases.Communicate effectively with patients' families.Update and manage physician preference cards.Scrub in and assist physicians during surgical cases.Supervise personnel delivering patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure2 years of experience required.AZ Nursing License and BLS certification are required.Floating is required, if needed.No option for block schedules or 48-hour guarantees.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
