The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud-native technologies, data architecture, and software engineering. This role involves designing and delivering scalable, high-quality data solutions across multi-cloud environments while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop enterprise-scale data platforms and modern data architectures.• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.• Implement data governance, data quality, and data modeling frameworks.• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.• Develop cloud-native data solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architecture artefacts.• Produce data flow documentation and support technical design reviews.• Ensure platform reliability, performance optimization, and error handling best practices.• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions.Required Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering.• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Python programming.• Proven experience building enterprise data platforms and scalable data pipelines.• Expertise in data governance, data quality, and data modeling concepts.• Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.• Experience with technologies such as Redshift, S3, ADF, ADLS, Databricks, and BigQuery.• Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile practices.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Please forward your resume and contact details to sahithi_s@surgetechinc.com/ krithik_r@surgetechinc.com or can call on 832-990-644
