From sourcing A&P mechanics and avionics technicians to engineering and corporate professionals, you will be the engine behind one of the most active talent pipelines in aerospace today. This is a contract-to-hire engagement. For the right person, it is a runway to a permanent seat.WHAT YOU'LL DODrive full-cycle recruitment across a diverse open req load, from job posting and sourcing through offer and closePartner directly with hiring managers across technical, engineering, and corporate functions to assess qualifications and drive selection decisionsManage candidate pipeline with precision: application review, screening, interview scheduling, travel coordination, and communicationsAdminister pre-employment activities including background checks, reference verification, and applicant tracking documentationPrepare employment offers and hiring documentation in compliance with established approval workflowsLead new hire onboarding, orientation programs, and benefits enrollment to ensure a strong first impression and smooth integrationMaintain I-9 and employment eligibility documentation with accuracy and confidentialitySupport Learning Management System (LMS) administration and onboarding-related training coordinationPartner with HR team members to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processesEnsure all recruiting and onboarding activity is administered in compliance with federal and state regulationsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environmentProven ability to partner with hiring managers and drive hiring decisions through a structured, consultative processExperience managing pre-employment workflows, offer preparation, and applicant tracking documentationProficiency in ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferredExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You manage complexity without losing accuracyStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
