Account Ads Manager
We’re partnering with a media organization seeking a Customer Success Manager who brings a sales-first mindset to managing and growing SMB advertising accounts. This role is approximately 80% account management and 20% sales, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue, identifying upsell opportunities, and actively engaging clients to grow their business.Pay: $40.57/hrDuration: 5/11/26-12/31/26Location: Los Angeles, CAWhat You’ll DoOwn and grow a portfolio of SMB advertising clients, driving adoption, retention, and revenue expansionAct as a strategic advisor—guiding clients through campaign setup, optimization, and performance improvementIdentify and convert new sales opportunities within existing accounts and inbound demandManage pipeline activity and outreach cadence (calls, emails, meetings) via SalesforcePartner cross-functionally with Product, Data, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to deliver best-in-class client outcomesAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-backed recommendations to improve ROIWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client-facing revenue rolesRecent direct sales experience required (non-agency background strongly preferred)Proven ability to identify and close opportunities, not just manage existing businessStrong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (CTV, programmatic, or self-serve platforms a plus)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving prioritiesHighly collaborative with strong communication and client-facing skillsExperience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Please submit your resume for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
