At Element 7, we are building California's local cannabis retailer. We are hiring team members that can work as a budtender/inventory associate for our store in Rio Dell, CA. Ideal candidates would have either existing cannabis retail experience, general/traditional retail or restaurant experience, inventory experience, excellent customer services skills, attention to detail, a dynamic team player attitude, and passion and purpose for the business and industry. You will be involved in all aspects of the business daily, including inventory, retail sales, scheduling and performance, vendor integration, and marketing.
