Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst based in Alexandria, VA. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include creating data models, preparing detailed reports, identifying trends, and presenting key findings to stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with teams to address data-related challenges and improve data-driven initiatives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data AnalyticsProficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to analyze and interpret data effectivelyExcellent Communication skills to explain data findings and collaborate with stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinkingFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plusBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related fieldPrevious experience in government sector or similar industries is preferred
