We are committed to delivering personalized options that align with individual goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Residential Mortgage Loan Officer position based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying appropriate mortgage solutions, guiding them through the loan application process, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include providing tailored advice on loan options, managing loan files, coordinating with underwriting and processing teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Loan Officer responsibilities, including assessing financial profiles and structuring loan optionsFamiliarity with the Mortgage Industry and experience in Mortgage LendingKnowledge of Underwriting processes and guidelinesStrong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and assist clients effectivelyDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skillsWorking knowledge of applicable federal and state lending regulationsAbility to thrive in a hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote tasksPrevious experience or knowledge about specialized mortgage products is a plus
