About the company We are building a platform that helps developers build world-class AI products. AI development is a relatively new paradigm combining code and datasets, incrementally refining both using frequent evaluations. Our product lets you evaluate LLM applications and iteratively improve them, with a rich set of tools to visualize changes and interrogate failures. Developers integrate Braintrust into their continuous integration and development loops, often running 50+ experiments per day, so it's critical that our UI is simultaneously intuitive and performant while supporting rich visualizations. Our team includes AI, design, and database veterans who have exited multiple companies and worked at Figma, Nuro, Impira, MemSQL, Google, Amazon, and Okta. We're backed by Greylock, Elad Gil, Basecase, and leading CEOs/founders. We are building a work-in-person culture in San Francisco. We have one meeting per week. It's scheduled for 30 minutes but has never lasted more than 15. We value ownership, bias for action, and unstructured collaboration. The current team includes: Ankur Goyal Manu Goyal Austin Moehle Albert Zhang John Huang Taylor Laubach Jack Gardner Tara Nagar About the role We're looking for a devrel who wants to enable software engineers to build world-class AI products. Our primary users are senior engineers at world-class tech companies who value product quality, iteration speed, and staying on the cutting edge of AI. They also have a really high bar for the quality of the tools they use and expect our documentation, tutorials, and community resources to be exceptional. You'll play a significant role in building out our developer community and creating blog posts, documentation, tutorials, and other resources. You'll work closely with AI engineers to deeply understand their use cases and pain points, and develop content and open source code that accelerates their work. You'll also work closely with the product and engineering team to manage product releases that are developer-friendly and well-documented. Ideal candidate credentials 2+ years of experience as a devrel or public-facing software engineer Enjoy building prototypes and familiar with modern devtools (send us a link to your Github!)
