Construction Products Sales Representative
Oxford Solutions is working with a growing manufacturing client seeking a Construction Product Sales Representative based in the Atlanta, GA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven outside sales professional who thrives in a hunter-style sales environment and enjoys building new business relationships within the construction, architectural products, building materials, or manufacturing industries.This role is ideal for someone who knows how to break into new accounts, generate opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building, and grow a territory through consistent business development efforts. While the position includes some existing customer accounts, the primary focus is on developing new business and expanding market presence throughout the Southeast region.This is a road warrior position requiring frequent travel, flights, customer visits, and overnight stays. Travel expenses are fully compensated. Initial onboarding and training will take place at company headquarters in the Philadelphia metro area.What You’ll DoDevelop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreachBuild relationships with contractors, OEMs, manufacturers, fabricators, and commercial customersGrow and manage a territory by identifying and converting new customer accountsMaintain and expand existing client relationships while aggressively pursuing new businessTravel throughout the Southeast meeting with customers onsite and supporting sales growth initiativesPresent products and solutions tailored to customer applications and project needsCollaborate with estimating, engineering, inside sales, and operations teams to support customer successWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of outside B2B sales experience within construction products, building materials, manufacturing, OEM, industrial, architectural products, windows/doors, glass, or related industriesProven hunter mentality with success developing new business and growing a territoryExperience building and expanding a book of businessStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated professional comfortable working independently in a field-based sales roleAbility and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and flightsCRM experience such as Salesforce is a plusIf you are a motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, opening new doors, and building long-term customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.Construction Products Sales Representative – Building Products - 26-00314
