Arby's Restaurant - 11850 Hall Street - Responsibilities: Support the general manager as primary back-up during shifts; Ensure all aspects of operation run smoothly including service, food safety, and cost controls; Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees; Provide performance and training initiatives for team members; Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
