DescriptionMental Health Professional MHP / LMHPLocation: Covington, Louisiana (Community-based)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000–$63,000 (dependent on licensure)Date Posted: 01-15-2026About The RoleClarvida is seeking a Mental Health Professional (MHP / LMHP) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team serving adults ages 18 and older with severe mental illness. In this role, you will provide regularly scheduled counseling services and support a caseload aligned with your clinical specialty, helping clients work toward individualized treatment plan goals.ACT services are delivered directly in the community—client homes, places of employment, and other local settings—to support recovery, independence, and long-term stability. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, evidence-based care while helping clients remain integrated with their families, friends, and communities.This position includes client transportation using a company vehicle as needed and participation in a rotating on-call schedule (one week every 7–10 weeks).
