Here is what we are looking for with this role: Essential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in programming languages such as Python and database languages such as SQLExperience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and automated data processesExperience with Python libraries and frameworks for data engineering, data transformation, statistical analysis, and machine learningFamiliarity with workflow orchestration and scheduling tools such as Apache AirflowMust be comfortable working with global teams spread across multiple regionsDesirable Requirements Solid programming skills to retrieve, process, and analyze large-scale dataExperience supporting machine learning workflows through reliable data preparation and feature engineering pipelinesKnowledge of data governance and best practices for secure and scalable data solutionsExperience working in cross-functional teams that bridge analytics, engineering, and business stakeholdersExperience working with enterprise data platforms such as Teradata CompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
